The Oxford College Library offers a combination of print and online resources, student-centered spaces, and a personal commitment to friendly, excellent service. The library provides flexible spaces and services, one-on-one and in-class research help, learning and research opportunities, and preservation of Emory’s history for Oxford College as a part of the larger university.

Services for Your Studies

The library is here for you and we’re open late. We’re available online and in person to answer any questions you have about using the library and doing research. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Leisure and Relaxation

All work and no play is no fun! The library has a variety of items for leisure reading, including the latest bestsellers (in print, eBook, or audiobook formats) and a large graphic novel collection. We also have a large collection of streaming films.

Resources to Save You Money

The library purchases resources so you don’t have to. Textbooks and readings available on Course Reserves can be borrowed for up to three hours or are available in our online Course Reserves system. Need a camera, microphone, iPad, or laptop? These are just a few examples of the equipment you can borrow from the Oxford College Library.

The Library as Space

There's no shushing here. The library is a social place, but we also have dedicated quiet study areas if that’s more your speed. We have many comfortable nooks and spaces where you can relax with a book, chat with friends, or spend time studying. You can even grab a coffee or snack in the Oxpresso Café.
